just making a suggestion, but when you ask him to stay, you should only have to say it once and if he does start coming to you without you calling him, you should not say “No!”. . . RIGHT when he gets his butt of the ground you should say “come!” and then praise him for coming. then go back to practicing “Stay” again. Also another thing is that dogs lose interest with things like this after a little bit. so a good thing would be to do a little training but then play for a while after.
Only his regular dog food – eukanuba lamb. He isn’t fussy about food as long as you reward him. Sometimes he trains well if I reward him with his toy too. But dog food works best.
what treats do you use to train him?

your dog is smart. i’m getting a puppy, so this could help me.
In my opnion it’s ok to give training treats but as soon as the dog starts to respond consistently to the command, switch to lot’s of praise.
I don’t like to train my puppies with food,because after that. . . They don’t want to obey if you don’t have food.
