@KingUnitCombatArms my parents didnt let me have one either,so after many years of begging, I just bought one without their premission.Trust me nobody hated dogs more than my dad and now he loooooves my beagle.Your parents cant be so cold hearted as to kick the dog out.Just make sure you pay for it with your own money so they cant bitch about it,tell them its teaching you resposibility and keep it in your room, worked for me,might work for you.good luck
The only reason I would call my beagle was to let him know where I was! :-/ That’s the first beagle I’ve EVER seen who would obey a human! BRAVO! (reading your comment to someone else, we got our beagle when he was 5 months old — and the owners let him eat food right off the table! He was never broken of that habit, may I say…
Wow, that is one amazing little beagle! My brother has one that…isn’t trained (though he’s a little doll). I’m getting one soon (Saturday) and my goal is to train her to do all of the basic commands.
I got my beagle from a shelter when he was already 5 months old. he’s now 1 years old and only knows how sit, shake hands, and lay down on command. I can’t manage to teach him how to stay, calm down, come over, or any more important skills. but he will bow his head down to be put on a leash and run into his house without commands. strange.
smart puppy! Very, very good!

@xsmallzx32 beagles love food, i trained mine with his regular puppy food, they’ll do anything for food.
Me encanto.
LOL My beagle would not ignore food for anything, so that “Stay” command when food is in front of his face would not be happening
